We are pleased to release a version of the Announcements framework specifically written for . This implementation is a hybrid of the Squeak and Visual Works versions, and additionaly features native Dolphin event support as well as Meta-Announcement capabilities. You can read more about the implementation in our Blog , or you can download Version 1.0 and try it out. Simply unzip the package into your Dolphin directory (preserving the embedded folder structure). Refer to the included tests and the DemoGUIAnnouncements class for examples of usage. In particular note the use of #aspectAnnounces: (analogous to #aspectTriggers:) for hooking up to GUI controls. |
